Your Guide to Develop a Global Strategy
1. FOUNDATIONS
It all begins with Missio Dei – the mission of God. In this step, we will consider the biblical and historical foundations, and current realities that shape global mission today.
2. ASSESS
We’ll look at what you are already doing, what gifts and resources God has entrusted to you and what your unique global contribution could look like.
3. DISCOVER
In this stage, you’ll become more aware of local and global impact opportunities available to your church. You will begin to develop a plan on how to utilize your church’s unique global engagement.
4. ORGANIZE
Now that a foundational plan is taking shape, it’s time to organize how you will implement your church’s strategy for global engagement. This step will provide you with helpful examples and tools to maximize your missional efforts and move your church forward.
5. MOBILIZE
Now you’ll learn how to cast a compelling vision beyond giving announcements from the platform. You’ll walk away with a plan of action for increasing awareness and motivating others to get involved.
6. ENGAGE
We’ll guide you through five cultural values that impact intercultural relationships. You’ll also learn reliable strategies for communicating Christ’s love across cultures, whether that’s across the street or around the world.
7. RE-EVALUATE
An essential part of a successful process is periodic review of your overall mission strategy and specific mission partnerships. To help you prepare for these re-evaluations, we will provide some helpful evaluation tools and resources that you can revisit at any time.
